1) Not Satisfied or Dislike
If you receive your order and are not completely satisfied with the product, you can return the product with the original package. 
We will accept your return up to 30 days from the date of invoice.
We will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer. 
But the product must be returned unused, undamaged in the original box with all parts, packing and instructions. 
Any items showing wear, damage, modification, or installation (which includes scratches, dings, dents, and cut or stripped wires) will not receive a refund.
Original shipping fee are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.


2) Verified Quality Issue or Shipping Error
When you rececive your order,if you found there has quality issue or shipped the wrong item (shipping error). 
Please email us the photo of quality issue within 48 hours after you received the parcel.
We will reship it after confirmed & inspected ,reshiped items will be charged 40% of the product retail price as restocking fee. 


Refund & Refund Instructions:
1. Item(s) must be NEW and UNUSED & UNDAMAGED in the original box with all parts, packing and instructions.Any items showing wear, damage, modification, or installation (which includes scratches, dings, dents, and cut or stripped wires) will not receive a refund.
2. Please allow 2-3 business days for refund to be issued once item is received and inspected.
